Limited liability company via S24 form or traditional form?
The biggest advantage of S24 is definitely the time savings. Filling out and submitting the registration application online can be done in a matter of hours, and it is not uncommon for the company to be entered in the KRS (National Court Register) even within a day of the correct submission of documents. In the case of the classic form of registration with a notary, the process itself can drag on for days or even weeks (depending on court occupancy and deadlines).
In addition, the establishment of a limited liability company through S24 can be carried out from anywhere – all you need is a computer with Internet access and an account on the S24 platform. This is a great convenience, especially for those working remotely, living outside of large cities or residing abroad.
The traditional registration process requires a visit to a notary public, who draws up the articles of incorporation. This service involves additional costs (notary’s fee + VAT + stamp duty). On the other hand, in the S24 system, a ready-made template company agreement is available, thanks to which we bypass notary fees associated with the drafting of the notarial deed. This saves a significant amount, especially for entrepreneurs taking their first steps in business.
Moreover, the court fee for registering a company in S24 is lower than in the traditional form. This is another argument in favor of establishing a company online.
The S24 system takes you step by step through the registration steps. You don’t have to worry about complicated documentation or wading through regulations for hours. The platform provides a standardized template of the Articles of Incorporation, which can be largely adapted to your needs (e.g. by specifying the amount of share capital, number of shares or representation rules).
All you need to have is a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature (Trusted Profile) or a personal signature (e-card). This allows us to sign all documents digitally – without the need for physical signatures on paper.
If the company’s data needs to be updated in the future, many activities can also be carried out electronically in S24 (e.g., changing the address of the registered office or the board of directors, updating PKD, etc.). This is another convenience that saves time and money – without the need to make further appointments with a notary or court.
Establishing a limited liability company through S24 is a fast, cheaper and more convenient solution compared to the traditional form. Most of the paperwork can be done remotely, using ready-made document templates and electronic formulas, eliminating the need to visit a notary and reducing the associated costs…. So, if you are planning to establish a limited liability company, it is definitely worth considering the registration path through S24 – especially if you care about time, lower costs and convenience.
