He specializes in civil and business law, contractual security and debt enforcement. He has many years of practical experience gained from drafting complex contracts and litigation. For many years he has been engaged in high-value and innovative civil and commercial disputes, representing both domestic and foreign entrepreneurs – including companies of strategic importance to the market. He gained his experience in Krakow and Warsaw, where over the years he has served key players in the financial, development and technology markets. He constantly cooperates with significant entrepreneurs – including capital groups – advising on debt collection, contract drafting and contractual risk mitigation. As part of his professional practice, he has also conducted numerous legal audits of large and medium-sized companies, developed multi-level debt security systems, and drafted and negotiated business-critical contracts, including with internationally regulated entities.
He specializes in substantive civil law, business law, and commercial company law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. He completed his legal advisor apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow, successfully passing the legal advisor exam in 2022. He gained his professional experience under the supervision of Kazimierz Gródek, President of the RMF Group. He co-founded a technology startup where he was responsible for the entire legal and administrative department.
